How to set up Your ShulCloud Account

If you haven’t logged in to your ShulCloud account yet, please do. Hopefully once you have logged in, you will find the system is quite user friendly and an easy way to manage your synagogue relationships.

1) How do I log into my ShulCloud account?

To login, go to www.psjc.org and configure your account. If you have not yet done this, click on “new user” and use your primary account email address to log in. If you do not have, or do not remember, a password, click forgot my password and one will be sent to you.

2) Why is it important for me to log in to Shulcloud?
We have found that some information in member’s accounts isn’t as up to date as they would like. ShulCloud is an easy way to ensure we have your information correct, including billing, yahrzeits, children’s names and your address.  We are asking you to update your information in three or four places:

  • Update your profile, including your name, Hebrew name (there is a virtual Hebrew keyboard), your birthday, and other information on that screen.
  • Add your family members so we can send them special event reminders.
  • If applicable, add your yartzeits, so the Rabbi and Gabbaim have that information available.
  • View your updated billing information and pay open invoices.
  • Full use of the PSJC APP Android or iPhone

If you have any questions, please email office@psjc.org and we can help you.

3) Can I still pay by check?

Yes, you can pay by check.  As long as you are logged into your account you can bill your account for the various programs we have to offer. Once you have registered, you just send in a check!  You must also select ‘bill to account’ on the payment confirmation page.

4) Why is the convenience fee so high for using a credit card?

The fee is for your convenience. We are happy to receive your check instead. The cost of the fees was getting much too high for the synagogue to cover.

5) Can I set up a payment plan?

Absolutely!  When you are logged into your account, you can choose that option for payment. Yes, you still pay the service fee, but it's split between each payment.

We hope this information is helpful. If you have questions, please feel free to call the office, 718-768-1453.
